Tell me about yourself?

This is the Top most interview question asked in almost every Interview, Interviewer want to know that how you Describe Yourself.
So first I tell you what are the points while giving answer to such kind of  questions:-
  • Start with your Name
  • Give your place information
  • Education in short
  • Job experience if any
  • Family details in short
Example-
My name is Abhinav Kumar. I live in Mumbai. I have done B.E and MBA in  HR. I have 2 years experience in HR and I have my Parents in my family in Mumbai.

Why do you want to work at our Company?
  • Tell them what you like about company
  • Relate it to your long-term career goals
For Example:-
Sir, it is a great privilege for anyone to work in a reputed company like yours. When i read about your company I found that my skills are matching your requirements. Where I can showcase my technical skills to contribute to the company growth.

What is your Strengths?
  • Adaptability(you are adjustable to any kind of environment and situation)

What is your Weakness?
Why they want to know your weakness because if your weakness can affect the job profile they may not be hiring you. So while giving such kind of answer you can include positive points even if their weakness but they should be positive enough to describe your skills.

  • Never share your salary requirements as a fresher

  • For Fresher:- I am a fresher, Salary is not first priority for me. This is a big platform to start my career and I also want to improve my knowledge and skill and gain experience. So I expect a considerable of salary according to my ability and your company's norms which will full fill my economical needs.
  • For Experience:- I have 7 years of experience in HR field. My current CTC is 6 lpa Salary has never been a big issues for me. Still I am expecting salary as company's norms as per my designation and  my qualification and experience which can help me to maintain the standard of level of my personal and economical needs.
